Every year a tournement is held to find the top 10 smartest people pf the age fifteen in which every one the age of fifteen has to enter, willyingly or not. There they get a special magic that only they can use. All though hundreds enter only ten can enter the ranks, while the other will be looked down apon, while the ones in the ranks will be treated like kings and queens. Only the person in the first rank is alowed to rule the contry.
