How come you can't say words like suicid e for titles on qfeast but you can say words like shit? I don't understand?

Maybe because suicide is a touchy subject and the word can be triggering :/

Suicide triggers several things, such as suicidal thoughts, depression, or memories.
Cuss words are cuss words.
Becides, we should be expected to behave.

It maybe due to the fact that morr people are affected by one word rather than the other...even if one is of profanity, Humans have used it loosely...but as Cory said...It may simply be a bug in the language filter.
