Can anything, truly, be destroyed forever? Or break, and come back stronger?

well atoms cannot be destroyed sooo....the second option ?(ps:i failed chem)

Everything will eventually be truly destroyed forever (unless if you count love or our soul which i am not counting emotions or souls or beliefs (including Gods)) but they can come back stronger at times.
