My first one was probally buried alive (Pokemon Creepy Pasta) but the first real one I heard is the Russain Sleep Experiment. My favorite is Creepy Black (another pokemon one) , but my favorite "real" one is by far Ben Drowned

I saw the "Jeff" picture on the Internet. "Oh, that's spooky," I had thought. Apparently, there was a story behind the image. I read the story, and was let down by how poorly written it was. It didn't make sense to me. In fact, it was kind of funny. It's hard for me to take most of the well known creepypastas seriously now, especially after seeing some of the anime-styled fan art. However, I do like some of them, such as the Pokémon themed ones and the Russian Sleep Experiment.
Mm, I have to agree with the first point. I don't particularly have a favourite anymore, though.

At first I had no idea what it was and I was like, Pasta that is creepy? Who comes up with this stuff?!?!?! But judging society today, I wouldn't be surprised if Creepy pasta was literally pasta that was creepy.
