Jaffa Cakes- Are they cakes, or biscuits? This question has pondered over me (and a bunch of my class mates) for years: Is a Jaffa cake a cake, or a biscuit?

If it goes hard, it's a cake. If it goes soft, it's a biscuit (or the other way round)

I think Cake because it says Cake in the title. I have no idea, just taking a guess.
