I think a fly flew in my ear. What can I do? I checked symptoms and I have none but sometimes a ache in the head and dizziness but I am sick. So did a fly flew in my ear and there is no noises in my ear basically head. The only thing is small quick aches in head and dizziness. So did a fly go in my ear? I also did double checking I put water in my ear as well.
