How do I make quiz public?

It's always automatically public. If you want to change the privacy , before you publish , it should lead to a page that includes : Category , Passing Score (only on scored quizzes) and privacy options.

It should be automatically public, but you publish it and then Qfeast team will either deny it or accept, so it becomes public! Hope I have helped you out ;)
