I feel like keeping to myself, why? Why do I feel like I want to be by myself and alone, free of emotions? I feel like I just want to beast out. I feel uncontrollable, like a beast, ready to break out, why? All my bad experiences have been shrugged of a long time ago and I feel like I can be happy and I'm ready to take on anything. But I wonder, should I live? I sometimes wonder.

In my heart, I can relate to the problems.
People like us, we just don't get to rest as much as the others do, continually battling the dreaded thoughts and feelings. Can't life give us a break?
Never on the easy side of life, always on the hard.
It takes the goodness out of our experiences, wringing it dry.
The happiness we once had, bleeds out of us.
You can sense where I am coming from, right?
I know this may not be a too good of prediction but that is how I see it. See More
It takes a while for the strong emotions to dilute, you need time and space.
Keeping yourself to yourself isn't going to help it much, but it will perk you up a little.
Trust me on this, everything you are feeling is normal and the troubles you have would someday come to an end, for there is always a light.
Good luck, and I apologize for the level of creepiness in this, I just like to speak my mind.
Ignore me, please.

I heard sleep does help to improve mood. So, probably, yes.

Thanks, with support for now, the "beast" subsides for now. Do you think it'd help if I get more sleep?

A lot of people feel this way, disconnected from the world, from everyone else. It seems like you have been keeping emotions inside of you, I personally think you should realise your emotions. If you need to take your emotions out and let your inner beast out, do it. As long as you don't do anything darasic like Homoicide or suicide. If you need to scream scream, if you need to hit someone hit someone. There is no other way of stopping, the beast from getting stronger.
If you See More don't feel like it is a overdose of anger, then you may have PTSD or depression. You should live, because suicide is not something you should just think of because of past problems, the past is past. So I recommend, getting a therapist to help you with your problems.
If your thinking of death, a suicide hotline will do better for you, then a internet website.

Ahh sounds like a song.
Besides the point life is something of a curse a blessing sanity and insanity it contradicts itself always turning into a new meaning one thing I do is come up with lyrics for songs and singing, pick up a hobby put your emotions into it heck when I was 7 I started playing card games but still find something your good at and enjoy. That's how I deal with the beast.

I never dealt with tht but I have met some people who did and simply chanting nam-myo-ho-ren-ge-kyo helped them improve their life and though it seems to make no sense you should try it and you will be happier if you don't try it nothing may happen I think you should though
Strange, but okay.

Well, sometimes our emotions can fester in us, and cause us to hit a breaking point. A lot of my friends have had this happen, but all of them just worked through it, and now are happy people:) hope this helps!
It's a good idea :) putting your energy into a hobby/sport

Uhh, are you ADD? ADHD? Do you get enough sleep? Maybe you should get into sports to help channel your energy. I do karate now and it's great for anger management

Thanks, I don't know why but the "beast" inside comes and goes. And when I'm really mad, it's uncontrollable. Can you explain that? It'd help to know why I act wild.
