Take Sucrets for your sore throat, it sounds like symptoms of the flu, I suggest going to the doctor to get checked out. Getting a flu shot once every year. Also if you feel like someone is sick stay away from them.

If these methods don't work, take Elleyd's suggestion and talk to a doctor.

You have sinus congestion so my remedy is: cough drops (Halls work best for me); lots of hot and cold fluids; saline spray (one of the weirdest experiences ever but 100% effective); steaming (boil a pot of water, doesn't have to be a lot, put some salt in, place your face over the steam and inhale deeply. In general, you put a towel over your head but I find that gets too hot. Again, weird experience but 100% effective). If these don't work speak to a doctor because you may have See More a sinus infection.
