Has anyone got any tips for learning how to cry on cue in acting? I want to learn to cry in Drama so my performaces are more emotional any tips

Well you know how your eyes tear up when you yawn? That works sometimes. Also if you can put yourself in place of the person you’re playing and think about why they are crying... that always works for me

Clinch your eyes together really hard and it makes a little water appear under your eyes. You could also cover your eyes and make a crying sound. Take some tap water and wipe it under your eyes to make it appear as a tear. Hope this helps :)

My friend out Vapor Rub around her eyes and it made her eyes water. Sometimes when I laugh really hard, I can start crying the next minute. I don't know why. I also start to make my breathing heavy and clench up my throat a little, and then act sad, it'll work. Idk why.

Just think of what makes you want to cry and if think of it alot hopefully that makes you cry

Think of sad things like I think about my mom being dead but sometimes I don't think about that because I cry automatically if its something sad so..
