for water you ask the pet people if you can have one of their water bottle and you accully hang it in their cage and when they like this little ball water comes out... for a litter tray you pput hay or wood chop little things in the tray and then they poop in it

Well you should know that you will have to keep it in a cage a lot if you do let it out you must either follow it or pick it up. Baby Bunnies have not that much hair so you might want to give it a small comforter try an small baby cover folded in half if the bunny chews on it you might want to take it away it could be a choking hazard. Mind that training an bunny is not that hard all you need is carrots and maybe bunny treats which ever you feel more comfortable buying, When your See More bunny does something you do not want it to do simply tap its head a little hard (not hitting) and put it in its cage without an treat show the bunny what it did and say "No" firmly give it pat on the head to show it that you still love it and put it back in its cage. If the baby does not do the bad thing in about 7 days give it a treat and say good showing it the place it did the bad thing hopefully the bunny will not think you mean it was good to do the bad thing. When the bunny does something good or cute give it a carrot or treat
