Question is too long, so read description. If you found a homeless dog, is it most likely to be a full breed or a cross breed? I'm not too sure... And also, could you try to guess what dog this is?

I think it is a crossbreed. That is my best bet. I have never seen a do like that before.

My best guess is that it would most likely be a crossbreed... and I have no clue what breed of dog that is.

Crossbreed. A full breed would probably have a home, because full breeds are very expensive. And.. I dunno what dog it is.

its probably a lhasa apso or tibetan terrier or shih tzu cross...

Crossbreeds are kinda rare, so your mostly likely to find a full breed. If you do find a crossbreed; I'd keep it if I where you :3 as long as it's cute :P
