can white people use black emojis (and vice versa)

That's why yellow emojis exist and that's why Frisk's skin is yellow.

But lets be honest if a white person used a black emoji, people would get offended/attack them for "pretending to be black". Its happened before and it is a thing. I think it would work the other way around, though. (Please don't attack me, I'm not purely white myself)

The color of your skin DOES NOT MATTER!!! People should be treated equally, and if they mix, who cares?
