Is this a good drawing

It’s pretty good. It’s a drawing of Steven Universe, right? I like that show.
For improvement I’d recommend making the head a bit smaller and the legs a bit bigger. Also, an outline would help. :>

Ok, adding onto my last answer, it's legitimate.
Just, position of the eyes, and nose, need work. Along with the aspect of outlining it all, or not outlining at all.

Besides the point of the thing I wrote above, was the general design of the drawing based on Steven Universe?
