Tails shadow was made because kids were wondering if sonic could have a gun the creator didn't want that so he made a new character related to sonic you know that sonic who thinks he's EDGY

XD, true and also the creators decided to give Shadow chest fur, so that he was a bit different to Sonic and also not to mention that the creators made sure that Shadow got some cool powers.
