Which sight is better Qfeast or Quootev?

Quote v cuz Qfeast restricts you from writing some stuff and Quote v has a better desc format

Neither really, I don't think. In my experience, they're fun for a few minutes, and then it dwindles down to a few days of boringness and it's not really fun.
