For only torcher&misery - "Fallen into the void"
If you put humor into it- "Insanity&co."
If they go through someone's sadistic ways to lose sanity- "Twisted ways"
If the characters are childeren- "Befriended to the shadows" See More
If their suroundings change as they lose sanity- "Dark illousions"
If they join a cicus- "Welcome to the dark side"
If mystical creatures have something to do with plot- "Poisen void"
If the friendship inself is reason for insanity- "Twisted bonds"

That basically the only things I came up with, even if they're terrible...
