Volleyball as Its the only game we play in school and verry used to .. like the migranes (due to playing under the sun) and bruises and red hands

Same tho . I just know basics and never went on behalf of my school. Maybe buy those tutorial and training books thingy in Amazon? Or joining nearest sports club or soemthing.

Oh and it's pretty fun. Why not make your own group and start playing . Who knows y'all might make up to Olympics B) or you can ask your school physical training coach?
