Bows
Though they take longer to learn how to use, they are definitely easier to reload

Bows! I don't use compound bows though I'm a little old fashioned and like wooden recurve bows and there the ones I'm most accurate.
But our family has an old wooden crossbow that is a little wild but still usable.

Bows because although crossbows are more powerful and better for short range and sometimes more accurate, they take forever to load, the arrows are hard to make/ get, the can't go far, you have to be much stronger, and you must have a lot more training.

Bows, they are easier to shoot for me, crossbows are weightless and harder to handle some how.

(I take archery lessons)

Bows, they require more skill to learn to get the accuracy, shot and strength right. Crossbows can kinda easily be masterd.
