Not at all, unless they're cussing for no reason(like most rap nowadays). Screamo, emo, punk, and at other song genres that expresses extreme emotion should be able to have cussing. How else do they express they're emotions? They can't just be like: "and I feel so sexing helpless" It doesn't make sense. "and I feel so f*cking helpless" sounds better and makes See More more sense then replacing the cuss word.
They shouldn't be banned, meet our generation. I'm 11 and my class is surrounded by swearing idiots. The only ones you should be concerned about is kids under 9. It's their parents fault if they swear infront of them, put on inappropriate channels w/ swear words in them. Radios block out the words so they can't even hear the bad ones. '-'
I agree with peace_out! Cursing on Music, is bad for younger children (influence), and makes you sound trashy if you sing it. Do you all want little kids to go around? and curse there heads off>?
Although @redgiraffe is right about that, I would have to say no. Cussing is a part of everyday life, I mean think about it. In a middle of a sad song about breaking up, you wouldn't be like that darn boy took my heart! You would probelby cuss, its like expressing your emotions more. Although I don't agree with little kids listening to cussing, almost every singer See More has songs that cuss, even JB (hate him) and Taylor Swift. We kinda have to live with it now:(
Yes. Let's say you are listening to music, and a three year old is in the room. Suddenly the person who is singing mentions the f word. The three year old has no idea what it means, then asks you what does f**k mean? Do you see?

The music industry would never ban swearing no matter what the people say, however, they do still produce clean versions, which I guess is good.
