Having had surgery myself, I was absolutely frightened, considering the hospital makes you sign a paper to say you accept that you could die while it happens.

I was asleep for mine. And while taking out the drains on my back felt like eternal pain, the rest was okay.

My dad had it done before and apparently its extremely painful as your nose then bleeds for ages and if you get a cold or hay fever, it irritates it even more...

I might have to have a sinus scrape operation... Because my sinus' are so bad... And I'm just so scared of loosing control of my body... I've never fainted either so it doesn't help...
