TO start of it was shattered into about 9 different bits by a evil deamon lord, which I had to recolect form all over faerun, fighting all sorts of beasties along the way, then I get kidnapped, the sword and shard stolen, being a spirit reaver for a time then fighting gods, just to simplify it
