I don't think the government or religion crazed radicalism assholes should be able to control who people are allowed to love and marry. My uncle is gay and he can't get married in my state. :(
my parents have some close friends, they arn't gay but they don't want to get married. This summer they are having their 10th anneversery which is basically just going to be the equvalent of a wedding, with out the marrage. Your uncle could do that, celebrate their love like a wedding, and protest for gay rights at the same time:)

I guess...I don't quote on quote 'support' homosexuals in the way that some do. Like, I'm not gonna go out and parade with a big sign that says "GAY RIGHTS ARE EQUAL RIGHTS" because I'm heterosexual, but if you're 'gay', that's fine by me.

Honestly? I don't have a problem with homosexual people. I may be heterosexual, but that doesn't mean I don't support those who aren't. I won't refuse to be your friend because of that. If you're a jerk about it, then maybe, but not if we just meet and go like "You like (gender)? Cool. I like (other gender)."
