If you want to have a leader for Witchcraft or Elven, discuss it with your fellow Witchcraft or Elven members. Then, you can have, say, an Archer be the leader.

Acacia: *She pulls on the horse's reigns making the horse slow it's pace. She looks down at Diana with curiosity, and stops her horse. Legend stops as well but moves a bit forward to get a good look at Diana. He growls not knowing who she is but Acacia makes him atop with a simple shush.
