Relationship drama

I need help. This guy asked me out I said yes but my parents wouldn't let me. then we went to the school dance together. after that we never talked, only online. 2 months ago he stopped talking to me. on valentine's day i sent him an anonymous note that said i wanted to be friends. he has blocked me on google hangouts. and he doesn't reply to my emails. i love him and i don't know what to do. I'm in 8th grade so it's not like anything serious can happen. and we have no classes together.
