Early life: Handed over to the Russian government at the young age of 5 as a way for her mother to pay off her debt, Ilona was trained to be the perfect hitman. When the government came across their first vampire See More they drained it's blood and used it to test on all of their most successful workers, Ilona and another girl were the only ones to survive the pain and deformities, though the other girl ran away. Ilona remained, still following all of her orders.

Personality: foulmouthed and rude, she's obsessed with sweet treats which is often what people use to keep her in check to stop her from trying to strangle her sister Panty. She's smarter than Panty but that doesn't really mean anything, they're both idiots. She favours things like pudding over blood.
Early life: Stocking and her sister were sent down to Earth as a punishment for their poor See More behaviour in heaven (as they were originally angels) and were forced to obtain medal like things after killing evil beasts. Eventually they couldn't be bothered anymore and looked for cheap shortcuts. They found a shifty ass guy who said could help and because the two were dumbasses they got bit, now they are vampires with some of their angel abilities left.
Weapons: can turn her stockings into katanas hence her name 'Stocking'.
If you happen to be cultured you'll see this is not an oc but Stocking from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt.
