I’ve only seen two shooting stars my entire life.
The first time was on a cold winter night in 2014, my parents were fighting and I had opened my window. Listening to florence and the machine while crying. I just wished to be okay, simple as that.
The second time I saw a wishing star was in September of 2018. I don’t think I made a wish that night because it was so quick and so brief, it flashed before my eyes.
