i think you're too self-reliant. you hardly ever ask for help or to vent, and i feel like at times you bottle up your anger. you may post about being upset, but you never tell us why. it's your personal life, so we aren't entitled to know. but you put too much pressure on yourself over things that are trivial. beating yourself up about simple things won't help the problem be solved.
