I have braces have had them for a year (and I have a year left) and it WILL hurt the first few days I cannot lie so make sure you have painkillers and soft food or it will hurt like a bitch. Also don’t chew too hard on anything the day you get them on either bc it wont be painful yet but your brackets can fall off/break easily. Also when brushing pay extra attention See More to the little spaces in between the brackets.
