I think I have Phagophobia, for those of you who are reading and don't know what it is it's pretty much fear of choking, swallowing, or eating in general. I exibit most of they syptoms as well such as, refusal to swallow, over-chewing food, panic from eating, etc. Now this has kept me from eating regularly along with a Globus pharyngis, which is a lump in throat feeling. I'm afraid to tell anyone because I don't know if anyone will believe me and I can't cope with it and I'm stuck sucking down mashed potatoes, apple sauce, or tomato soup (these somehow don't trigger it) when everyone is asleep. It is causing me immense panic and I can't cope. I have all these people telling me to "just eat" and I cannot tell them in fear someone's gonna say "stop being so dramatic" I have no idea what to do anymore. If someone's reading this and can offer something helpful I'd love to hear ig
