I don't have a case, but I do have a question. Are your Judge and Jury indifferent individuals that have no say in such cases?

No no, sorry for the confusion. I mean that the Judge and Jury don't have a say before the evidence is shown and the decision is made, right? (I just want to make sure this is fair) @Mia_the_k1ller

The judge does have a say in the case. The jury can discuss if the accused is innocent or guilty. If so they Are guilty they will have to not come on for a month or how many days the judge wants.
