My phone is not functioning properly and idfk what to do. My messaging keeps crashing, my battery is almost dead and it was at full battery this morning (this never happened the two years I've had it), and I just don't know what the hell is going on.

Omfs I literally just replaced this one last year though, I've had this same model for two years and I haven't had the same problem. I had to replace it because I shattered the screen.

It isn't built to last. They make it cheap so you have to replace it every two years or so. I had one that did the same and replaced it.
