its a dead buffalo thingy...you can tell by its horns,some wolfves or some animal got to it and it drowned and the animal ate the part that was sticking out of the water

by my best and educated guess a rhino which has drowned in this swamp and while the part of the body that is under water has been preserved the top has rotted by exposure and decomposition., now you can see the spine and some of the ribs
