"Hey Johnny" Emberfeather said as she passed him. The kittypet had only joined the can a couple of days ago, but he was working hard.
Johnny was about to drop his vole on the fresh-kill pile when he stopped and yowled. "Everybody out of the camp!"
Emberfeather heard it. A tree was falling! She tried to run. It was too late. She felt the weight press down on her. The world blacked out.

THUNDERCLAN
"Leaffeather is dead!" Heather stood above the deputy's lifeless body. There was a claw mark running from his throat to his tail. It was murder.
RIVERCLAN
"It was a successful moon, Lionwillow," Gorseleaf told her apprentice. "We collected many herbs."
