Sophia! Follow these steps and do excactly what I do. (and no, I did NOT mean to put a spongebob reference there)
1. Go to your email (not school email)
2.Hit the button that looks like a grid it should be in the upper right corner
3. Open "Google+"
4.On the right, it should have a bar that shows your friends.
5. Move your mouse down to the bottom right corner of the screen
6. It should show something called "video hangouts" See More▼
7. Download the plugin
