That's right it was the day of the surf competition. You hid behind a rock to watch. You were known as the beautiful blue dragon of the sea, a rare power. You looked amongst the group of surfers eager see what was to happen. Surfer after surfer shredded the waves but none of them caught your eye. That was until a teenage boy with a red surf board headed for the largest wave of the meet. He howled in happiness and rode it with such passion it caught your heart. It wasn't until a hand push him from the board did you notice he was surfing above your shoals territory. You dove in order to save the blond boy. As he sank to the depths bellow you grabbed his hand, his eyes flew open and they were a beautiful bright light blue. He stared at you in wonder before passing out as you dragged him onto the beach behind a large rock You find he's breathing, turn to leave but realising that the strange boy had captured you heart. You dive away only to realise your necklace with a dragon carved out of a rare blue stone was gone. You peeked back at the beach to find the boy waking up and finding it. You decide to sneak on land in 2 days, so you can prepare, and get it back. 2 days later your walking on the beach looking for the boy, the plan; knock him out grab and run. He finds you, shaking off his 'hallucination' of the mermaid he takes you for cake. You chat all day and soon the moon rises and you must go. You look the boy up and down to find your necklace around his neck but since your about to pop a tail you don't worry. You tell him you must go, cause legend says if the blue dragon does not return by moonlight she will die. You jump into the ocean without realising he'd followed you and turn for 2 second before turning back into a human and sink deep. He dives in after you. The necklace glowed and told him the only way to save you was to give you his human soul and be a merman forever by kissing you. He does so, sealing you two together forever in the sea.

I think it is pretty safe to say he likes you! But boys/ girls can be confusing so don't ask him/her out just yet just wait a little longer and see if it is brought up in the conversation between you two. If you are brave maybe ask to hang out or even go on a date, my advise is don't rush take your time as it could turn into something good!
