We had been running for a while. I had noticed an evil presence behind us, heard whatever it was chasing us. It was large and heavy, and it ran on two legs. I heard a cape - or wings - whistling behind it, and it smelled of burning flesh and... honey? No. Not honey. It was the sweet scent of milk, like a newborn child sucking its mother.
