You know what's not fair?
A load of people from my form are going on that book festival trip now. And none of them won the story writing competition that you have to win to go on the trip.
I was the person who won the competition. Not them. So why should they be allowed to go?
TheDoctorsQueen only gets to come because she's supporting me, and I was scared about going on the trip. Everyone else is only there because they begged the teacher to let them go, and they claimed they See More needed support too.
This just makes me so mad.

Today I discovered something that helps me to calm down when I'm having a panic attack.
It's something that I found on Instagram the other day, and I tried it today. You breathe in and hold your breath for five seconds, then you breathe out for five seconds, then you keep doing it until you start to breathe properly and see more clearly. Then you think to yourself that you're not going to die, and that you can get through it.
It helped me, anyway. ^_^

Today was bad, but not absolutely awful.
Because it's exam week, I had two exams today, an English one and an RE one.
The first thing that happened to me was in the English test. We had to write a short story about someone discovering something that makes them remember something in their past. I wrote this really dark story, and I was quite proud of it. But at the end of the English test, that insane supply teacher from Friday collected my work. And I'm not in his class. I raised See More my paper in the air when my teacher asked everyone in her class to hold up their papers, but the wrong teacher collected it in. And because I don't speak, I couldn't exactly tell the teacher that I wasn't in his class. So that means that my paper probably won't get marked, I won't get it back and I'll probably get into trouble. Then I had a panic attack because of it, and I felt so stupid for getting upset about the wrong teacher collecting my paper that I nearly cried.
The second thing that happened was in the RE test. I couldn't remember the answer to a question, and I got so mad at myself. Then I had another panic attack, and I don't even know why. I think it was because I was stressing about the question that I couldn't answer. I kept panicking at lunch, too, and there wasn't even anything to worry about then.
And through the whole day, I had a really bad stomach ache. :/

On the downloaded version of The Boy Who Knew Too Much that I used to listen to when I was 9, there was live songs from Mika concerts.
All you could hear in the background was his fangirls screaming, "I love you, Mika!"
I used to laugh at those fangirls.
