If you are being rude and steal someone's idea without permission, they're bound to get mad. You need to learn two things, I can tell. Forgive and forget. What you're doing is holding onto the past. The others have apologized. Swallow your pride, say sorry she forget about ASK of this. I promise, once you do, it'll be so much better. Listen to what I'm saying, and it could help. Trust me, I've been in situations like these. Please, just See More say sorry. That's not much.

Girl, just forget it. Cutting yourself in this situation won't help. All it leaves are bad scars and bad memories. If you really want help, I suggest to just accept the wrong you did, learn from it, and carry on as usual. Really, it's not that big of a deal to go ahead and start cutting yourself. I seen WAY more drastic situations, so this really See More isn't a problem...
