Because Libras are so informed, they often find themselves struggling to make decisions, and this usually results in the loss of an opportunity. The book also talks about Libran qualities. It appears that yeah, Libras do often find themselves lucky in love, surrounded by admirers, but it's not because they're flirty - it's because they're friendly, generous, and warm-hearted, and they're likable people who attract many friends (who may turn out to be lovers).
