it still depends on what you feel about the vulpix
like, i wouldn't trade a shiny, especially a rlly good one, for a regular vulpix that you can get from one of the other games. are you trading via gts, ot with someone else?
if your putting it into the gts, it's fairly easy to get screwed over, so i'd say not putting a shiny in there for a ruddy vulpix, See More ((even tho vulpix's are really cute and useful))
but the trade is honestly up to you
