yes hello i too am a nail biter
i use the punishment method, ahaha
i wear a rubber band, so every time i put my nail in my mouth, i slap my wrist w/ the rubber band
and i also wear socks on my hands when i'm at home
i also put rubbing alcohol or something bitter on my fingernails, so when i try to put my nails in my mouth, it'll taste bad See More
i also clip/file my nails, but it's the least effective, surprisingly
i sit on my hands too if i'm watchin tv or smth
also, try listening to songs w/ lyrics and singing along w/ it, it helps me
