I've been struggling with sh and suicidal urges these last few days. But I don't have any reason to do it. I've also been feeling super down and tired, and had a bad mental breakdown today around the time I posted the hate comment pic.
The cause for this is most likely due to my antidepressants. I looked it up and one of the side effects are worsening depression and suicidal tendencies.
Ironic, wouldn't you say? The same thing I take to get better is making me worse.
Well, I'm going to talk to my therapist today about it, and schedule a appointment with my family doctor in the next week if possible to see what we can do about this.
Today has been awful, I'm still very fragile from earlier and even writing this I'm starting to feel my eyes tear up.
My point in saying all this?
I'm struggling and I need supportive words and attention.
Will I get any?
Probably not.
Do I feel selfish even asking?
Very much so.
But all I got today were hate comments, guilt, pain, and thoughts I want to yeet out of my skull.
So if for some reason you guys could leave a nice comment or so on my wall or on my posts I'll really appreciate it <3
If not, that's fine. I'm not expecting anyone to do that, so there's no harm.
I hope you all are having a way better day then I'm having rn lol, and if not, I hope it gets better

You know, you may feel selfish for needing some attention, but you're really not. Everybody needs to have a bit of love, and depending on where they come from or people they grew up with, it can be harder to get that love, because you may feel you aren't worthy. I will tell you though, you most definitely are. Sometimes it's hard to realize you deserve more, See More but finding and using that self confidence can make a world of difference. If someone is posting hate comments to you, remember that they're probably going through something as well, and are just trying to make themselves feel better by bringing down another. I would suggest not letting them get in your head, because then you're letting them win.
