ok so it seems like the guy doesn't talk unless i initiate the conversation
i figured this out by very close observation :-B
how? today, while waiting for the bus, he stood at least 5-6 feet away from me, and when i had my back turned to him, he'd walk away
and today on the bus, i was sitting w/ my friend, but there was another seat across from me, and he sat there
and in the halls, i try to wave, but he kinda shifts away awkwardly so i stopped
so i'll try it again tomorrow See More and hopefully he will feel more comfortable talking to me after a day or so
