i went home and my aunt was upset bc i didn't tell her i had depression and suicidal thoughts and im gonna be getting some antidepressants, yay
i haven't been getting sleep due to nightmares and intrusive thoughts plague my mind on the daily, so i only get abt 3-4 hours of sleep
last night, i got 9!! still tired, ahaha
got winterguard today and after that??? sleep
and im goin to cali on Friday!!! yayyay!!!

i got less than 4 hours of sleep + nightmares all night + intrusive thoughts all day so she’s allowing me to stay in the office to nap
i feel so bad bc it feels like im taking advantage of her but honestly i feel like shit on the daily basis and she makes me feel so much better and im so thankful for her

It's okay to skip school every now and then. It's not gonna impact you unless you had a super important class. But you'd know that in advance. I'm skipping my afternoon classes today to get pizza with my girl because we both need it and that's okay. It's better to miss a day to recover than exhaust yourself for no reason. As long as you don't See More make a habit out of skipping, it's fine.
