i feel you honey i have to take like nine pills a day and it is NOT fun
i recommend getting one of those pill sorters tho (like the cute ones, not some hideous old one), it really helped me w 1) not getting super annoyed at opening like 3526986 bottles every single morning and 2) feeling more organized and less like i'm just eating fistfuls of pills for breakfast

I’ve had two dreams about self harm in the past week and it like?? Gets worse??
The first one was just with my nails and then the second one I actually used something and it hurt really fuckking bad. I woke up even expecting to see something on my wrist but there was nothing and I was just confused.
