Reasons behind plant based diet?
1. The meat industry is fuckked up. There’s so much animal cruelty and it’s not okay.
2. There’s scientific proof that animal products increase risks of cancer, cardiac problems, mental disorders, and diabetes.
3. Our bodies weren’t really made to process meat.
4. It’s better for the environment
5. It improves your health and makes you so much stronger. You can get protiens and all that from plants. Almost all health benefits come from See More plants, not meat. So so so many studies have been shown of this.

Reasons why I think my theatre teacher hated me this year and why I’m insecure around him
1. Lowkey threw shade?? I have no idea if he was joking but he seemed so annoyed that one time I did a musical as my script analysis like,, he looked at me and went “you’re seriously doing that for your analysis” lol I knew the script so I didn’t have to read it, kolby :/
2. He didn’t grade my shit? I’d turn things in and they wouldn’t be graded for weeks
3. He,,, deadass left the room See More when I auditioned for musical. Not sure if he had to take a call but he *literally* left the room
4. The guilty by association shit. I got punished with my friends since they didn’t do work, and I did.
5. I felt like he constantly gave me judgmental stares. I would say smth and he would give me that look
