Brooke had been seeing things. She must have, her dead boyfriend just a couple months ago in a crowd, her friend who went missing. She must be going crazy. Living in a world trapped behind walls and riddled with titans most have messed with her head. When she started heading for training when Gabby ran up to her. She went on talking about some new trainee, how boring, Brook didn't listen. They joined the others in a line to wait for training to start, she was told that they were not to bring their swords, that must have meant hand to hand combat, oh joy. Soon the trainer came out, a boy was following right behind him. He wore glasses and had thick and what looked to be dirty blond hair( looked like Natsu's hair from fairy tail). He seem just a little younger than her, about Gabby's age. The trainer walked so that everyone could hear him. " Everyone listen now, we have a new trainee," he pointed at the boy, "This is Slycat, he will be joining us to help make plans and fight."
'What a new planner, how could this be?' Brooke thought, 'Only Armin and herself were planners before this, also what kind of parents would name their kid Slycat?'.
The trainer then paired everyone up to challenge each other in hand to hand combat, Brooke got paired with Slycat.
"So you're a planner, I think you and I would get along quite well" She peered at the boy.
He snuffed, bloating "Oh you're also a planner? I bet I'm way better planning AND fighting c:<"
"Try me" Brooke sneered
As the both were ready to fight, she noticed something hanging from his belt, but it was probably nothing important. As they started fighting, Brooke couldn't pin him down, even with her superior comprehension. He couldn't pin her down either, but he managed to free one of his hands and grabbed what was on his belt before, it was a gun! She had to knock it out of hands. Flipping him over was now easy now as he was scrambling to point the gun at her. In one swift move she flicked him over, grabbing the gun as he fell.
"Guess I win"(is that how someone reacts to a gun being pointed at them)
He groaned, "How did you do that? I never lose."
Right then and their, they broke out fighting, saying it was unfair. The trainer over to split them up.He then scolded," Because you two can't get along, now you both have to spend the entire day together, and if I hear one word from you I will tell captain Levi and commander Erwin. And Skycat GIVE ME THAT" (again is that the reaction of someone who has just found a student threatening another with a gun)
"Slycat handed him the gun, how did he even get a gun in here? But now they had to stay together for the rest of the day which sucked, but she was curious about him.
