The Meeting Of Truth

Robin's Point Of View

Arriving in front of the apartment complex, I couldn't stop the nerves inside. Did I do something wrong in Tabi? I know I can get a little out spoken, but did an admin really have to send me a plane ticket and hardly explain anything why?

Gripping my large suitcase, I bit my lip and calmed my shaking. I was not sure how this event was going to happen, but I surely considered the thought of running away. Flipping up my pink phone, I pulled my brown bangs out of the way and glared at the email. I was being ordered to go to this apartment but for what?

Walking up the few stairs, I felt my blue jean pants tugging on my legs. Entering the complex, I felt a sensation of comfort and relaxation fill over me until I saw the clock. Oh, no! I'm going to be late! Ignoring the gorgeous arrangement of flowers, I ran into the metal elevator. Looking at the email, I saw it was on the top floor and hurried quickly up there. When the elevator opened up, I ran through it searching for that one room. When I found it, I quickly banged on the door until a girl with medium lengthen red hair dressed in blue jean shorts and a normal blue tee shirt opened the door. Her pale skin complimented her red hair as she glared at me hatefully for some reason.

Sighing, the girl stared at me and said, "You are late, Robin Peters. put your luggage some where inside and hurry up." Her small pale hands hid inside her pockets as she left the door open for me. In Tabi, I could of responded perfectly to stand up for myself, but I couldn't in real life. "Did you hear me? Hurry up!" The girl yelled in the apartment.

Shaking my head, I hurried inside. The apartment was fairly large with an assortment of different neutral colors filling the area. When I placed my luggage down, I heard loud chatter arising from a certain area in the house. Walking in what appeared to be the living room, a girl with long brown hair dressed with a black and red checkered scarf around her was arguing with a pink haired girl who had a similar feature to the red haired girl. The girl with brown hair glared at the pink one with piercing green eyes while the pink one's blue icy eyes burned in a heat of furry.

"You really think your dear sister cares about how any of us planed? I mean come on you stupid little brat! You should know better!" The green eyed girl yelled digging her fingers into the couch.

"You are wrong! This is more important than anything you had to do! It could be life or death, right Sis?" The blue eyed girl stared at her sister looking for support. The red haired girl glared evilly at the two girls as she bit on her nail. Strange enough, the red haired girl didn't bite her nail off.

"Will both of you shut the hell up!?" The red haired girl slammed her fist against the wall and gritted her teeth. Now, I am very shy. So, I walked far away from the red haired girl and stood beside a girl with short blond hair and confused green eyes. Her normal pink tee shirt and blue jean skirt appeared bereft on her small frame, but her hands held tight together. We were both scared.

Both girls rolled their eyes at each other while a girl with light brown hair stood up from the corner. Her light brown jacket with no sleeves and a white tank top fit perfectly on her flat torso while her blue jeans grew loose on her. With her long light brown hair pulled up, her cold blue eyes pierced everyone she looked at as she asked, "Daciana, it is time to explain why the heck we are all here!"

Looking around the room, including me there were twelve girls in the living room. After the girl apparently said her name, the red hair girl rubbed her small now red hand and looked at the group of girls with such confidence. My lips stayed shut not able to stay one word to any of the girls.

Daciana, the red haired girl, hooked her computer up to the flat screen television hanging on the wall. While she hooked the computer up, Daciana mentioned, "I am just sure everyone is here. When I call you name,say here or whatever you want. Cody Codex?"

After she said that, a girl with dark thin brown hair dressed in a white tank top and blank pants laid against a wall at the end of the room. Her light green eyes seemed curious, but angry over the matter of this meeting. "I'm here." She quickly uttered irritably.

"Maia Everleen?" Daciana commented turning on the computer.

"U-m, p-re-se-nt." said a long blonde hair girl covered in a long purple dress with a black jacket wrapped around her. Her bright green eyes looked at the ground while the purple radiated off her pale skin. She was just like me. Shy and completely nervous.

"Asami Hallaway?" Daciana asked getting her computer and television finally hooked up.

"You should know I'm here." The girl from before with her light brown haired pulled up uttered scratching her head. Asami Hallaway? Where have I heard that name before? Strange, I can't seem to put my tongue on it.

"Ivy Lynn?" Daciana mentioned logging into her computer.

"In here." A small girl with long black hair wearing a checkered white dress raised her small pale hand in air signaling her arrival. The pink red eyes of hers had hope but fear seeping inside of them.

"Robin Peters?" Daciana uttered searching through her folders on her computer.

"I'-m u-m..h-er-e. Sorry for being um late.." I apologized gripping the bottom on my light brown shirt while my light brown eyes glared at the white carpet floor.

Daciana shrugged her shoulder while she still searched through her folders and said, "Doesn't matter as long as you came...Next," With her back towards us, I thought I heard a lip bite as her fist clinched when she mentioned the next name. "Reyna Scarlet?"

A girl with dark red hair pinned up laughed at the way Daciana said the next girls name. With her white collared shirt buttoned up, her tan skin still seemed to shine through it. Her golden eyes stared at Daciana as she commented, "What's wrong, Dacy? Don't like me or something?"

Daciana's fist slammed against the white carpet as the pink haired girl wrapped her arms around Daciana and whispered something in her ear. A laughter exploded from their mouths as Daciana ignored Reyna and continued on. "Next, Luna Starchaser?"

With a giant smile on her face, a long black hair girl with head phones around her neck sang, "I am hereee!" Her light sleeveless black jacket and white shirt with a singer on it held onto her tight as her black skinny jeans did the same. Her black hair complimented her pale almost white skin while her bright blue eyes had signs of happiness radiating off of them.

"That was unnecessary, but next, Quinn Stevens?"

Raising up from the couch, a beautiful girl with black hair and fair skin slightly smiled as her black leather jacket hung onto her skin with her black skinny jeans following. Her red eyes showed a sign of warmth and comfort as she responded, "Hi, everyone that's me!" This girl could of been a model she was that beautiful.

"Good. Next, Lillian Rogers?" Daciana mentioned turning around at everyone.

The blonde haired girl beside me gripped her hands tightly and commented, "Glad to meet everyone. I'm here." A smile curved on her pale face even calming me down.

"Finally, Dawn Woods?"

The girl with the checkered scarf stood behind the couch and said, "I'm here at this ignorant event." Her attitude about the gathering seemed a bit irritated. I don't want to be here either, but she can act nice.

"Now that I know everyone is here. This is my sister, Holly Conaway." Daciana mentioned to the pink haired girl as Holly smiled at everyone. Wait, Conaway? Impossible. Racking my head around the event, the next words Daciana explained cleared everything up.

"My name is Daciana Conaway, one of the head Admins of Tabi along with America's number one fighter."

NO WAY! I'm dreaming. Why would Daciana Conaway want us all at her apartment? Am I missing something?

"We know who you are. Just tell us why we had to drop everything to come here." Reyna laughed twisting her fingers in her dark red hair. Unlike Reyna, I didn't know! I mean I'm not the best at remembering people because really all their last names remind me of something like an old story.

"Apparently not. Well, to say why everyone is here. If you look at the screen, you will see a robotic avatar along with a coded message. The robotic avatar fought Asami and demonstrated inhuman like traits. Looking up, no information detailed anything about a robotic avatar in Tabi database. Now, with the coded message, each one of you in here received the message, and after the message, the robot appeared." Daciana explained while images appeared on the television.

"Which has nothing to do with us?" Dawn mentioned crossing her arms.

"Will you be quiet already?" Cody ordered becoming curious about the situation.

"As I was saying, I have read your messages about the topic and discovered who  responded. Furthermore, as some of you may have seen on the news, most technology involved with Tabi has been messing up or completely nonfunctional. Well girls, I did some digging, and the decoded message if wrote correctly, gave anyone the power to hack into Tabi and control everything and everyone." Daciana explained with no emotion in her face.

I felt my skin grow pale and started to grow sick as I commented, "So one of us if not all of us might have gave something powerful to something evil and dangerous?"

Looking at the television, Daciana stared at the robotic woman on the screen and said, "I am afraid it is not just someone. I have a feeling there are more than one evil monsters in Tabi."
