I slowly opened my eyes, hearing laughter. I realized L.J. was standing in front of me, and then I realized BEN, who was blushing like crazy. He quickly stood up, and narrowed his eyes at L.J., who had just finished laughing.
"You shouldn't have said that...", BEN growled. This wasn't good... I stood up, slowly taking out my knife, ready to pounce at L.J. and decapitate him.
"Shouldn't have said what? Finding you two like this, it has to be true!"
"Lovebirds? Really? We were exhausted from being total idiots! It was a stupid mistake!" I was angered, as you can see. If L.J. tried to embarrass us anymore, he was going down.
"You made the decision to stay there beside BEN, Rush. If you really didn't want to, you could have moved. But you didn't. That's why it's true", L.J. was trying too hard to make it right.
"Shut up, Jack! I didn't want to wake up BEN after he had just fallen asleep!"
"You could have woken me up... It would have been much better instead of waking up like this...", BEN said.
"Oh, you two... You know, you really would make a great couple. And all those fangirls out there, ya know, they'd ship your ship so hard."
"They can go ship Jeff and BEN instead...", I muttered, hoping BEN didn't hear me. Unfortunately, he did hear me.
"WHAT THE CRAP?! I NEVER WANTED TO BE SHIPPED WITH JEFF AND I NEVER WILL WANT TO!"
"Oh god, you weren't supposed to hear me say that."
"NO DUH, I WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HEAR!"
"Aww, you're like an old married couple...", L.J. said, still making fun of us.
"Stop... Just stop... You can go tell everyone in the Pasta House that we're the way you think, but I'll tell them it isn't true."
"What right do they have to believe you?"
"What right do they have to believe YOU?", I said, countering him.
"Every right."
"And they have every right to believe me.", I growled. And that was the last thing that came out of my mouth before I walked off to save myself from killing him.
